SAGE

Our lovely family owned Sage is located on the Rossall Court area of the park, just 3-4 minutes walk to the complex. Home comforts include double glazing, an electric fire in the lounge and gas central heating throughout the caravan. There are French doors to the side of the lounge area giving easy access for wheelchairs from the large side ramped decking area, this is the perfect caravan for prams and wheelchairs. We operate a strict no pets, smoking or vaping policy in our caravan!

In the lounge there is a wall mounted TV with Freeview and also a Roku device giving access to streaming apps too.  Free WiFi is also included.  This caravan has a family friendly spacious central lounge layout.

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc, there is a full size gas cooker and also a microwave, toaster, slow cooker, air fryer, kettle and integrated full size fridge freezer. There really is all your home comforts in this caravan, there is cleaning essentials under the kitchen sink.  There is a dining table as well as a breakfast bar with stools.

In the cloak cupboard there is a sweeping brush, dust pan and brush, mop and bucket - just what you want to see on your holidays, but necessary all the same! There is an iron in the kitchen cupboard.

​

There is a family bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower cubicle and also a further en-suite toilet to the master bedroom. 

​

There are 3 bedrooms:

Master bedroom with double wardrobe and dressing table, TV with freeview and en-suite WC. 

​

Twin rooms with a single wardrobe in each.

Please Note:

Entertainment passes are not included in the cost of your holiday, these are available from reception on arrival should you wish to use the park facilities during your stay.  You may have an action packed holiday planned taking you into Blackpool most days and would therefore not benefit from paying extra for passes, if you are staying for 7 nights or more, you may also choose to purchase passes for only certain periods of your holiday to co-incide with your plans for days out.  Haven facilities and activities are subject to availability and form no part of your booking with us.
