We now also have for hire, the lovely family owned Rose caravan located on the Rossall Court area of the park. Rose is a beautiful prestige grade modern family holiday base.  Features include free WiFi with loaded firestick including premium channels in the lounge and TV in the master bedroom too.  With a gas fire in the lounge as well as full gas central heating throughout the caravan, you will kept cosy during your stay, whatever the weather!  The caravan benefits from an comfortable layout with freestanding furniture giving plenty of space for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms with a double sofa bed in the lounge. This caravan is the perfect choice for a family looking for a spacious comfortable layout for a fantastic memorable family holiday!

Private driveway parking for one car with additional parking available in the nearby car park.

We operate a strict no pets or smoking policy!

In the lounge there is a Flat screen TV with Freeview and an Amazon Firestick.

​

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc, there is a full size gas cooker and also a microwave, toaster, and fridge freezer. 

 

There is a family bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower cubicle and also an additional en-suite WC to the master bedroom.

 

There are 3 bedrooms:

Master bedroom with double wardrobe, en-suite WC, TV and dressing table.

 

Twins room with a single wardrobe in each.

Please Note:

Entertainment passes are not included in the cost of your holiday, these are available from reception on arrival should you wish to use the park facilities during your stay.  You may have an action packed holiday planned taking you into Blackpool most days and would therefore not benefit from paying extra for passes, if you are staying for 7 nights or more, you may also choose to purchase passes for only certain periods of your holiday to co-incide with your plans for days out.  Haven facilities and activities are subject to availability and form no part of your booking with us.
